CMS DAF Form 2013 | UPSC Combined Medical Services Exam Interview 2013
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has conducted the Combined Medical ServicesExamination , 2013 in the month of June, 2013 which Result was also declared few days ago. UPSC has shortlisted the Candidates on the basis of Marks obtained in CMS written Examinationand called them for Interview/personality Test which would be final selection.
After submitting the Detailed Application Form (DAF)duly filled in ONLINE, the candidates are required to take out a print out of the finally submitted Detailed Application Form (DAF) separately and will have to send the printed copy of the Detailed Application Form (DAF) duly signed by the candidate along with all relevant documents to the following address :

Date for filling DAF Form : 12th September, 2013 to 27th September, 2013
Last date for receipt of DAF form : 27th 0September, 2013
Tentative Date for Interview : 07th October, 2013
